四(si)單(dan)元傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)是第一特征。粗(cu)(cu)紗(sha)機四(si)個變頻電機分別傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)牽伸(shen)羅拉、錠子、錠翼及(ji)龍筋升降的速度,可在計算機控制下完成(cheng)粗(cu)(cu)紗(sha)的牽伸(shen)與卷(juan)繞成(cheng)形,取代(dai)了(le)錐輪(lun)變速及(ji)差微(wei)等(deng)機械(xie)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)系統,實現了(le)四(si)大運動(dong)(dong)系統的同(tong)步匹配(pei),徹底消除了(le)粗(cu)(cu)紗(sha)機開(kai)關(guan)車造(zao)成(cheng)的細(xi)節,計算機根據(ju)粗(cu)(cu)紗(sha)工藝及(ji)卷(juan)繞成(cheng)形的軟件指(zhi)令各電機的速度,精確完成(cheng)粗(cu)(cu)紗(sha)的卷(juan)繞。這種新(xin)式(shi)四(si)單(dan)元傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)技(ji)術具有消除了(le)由于機械(xie)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)造(zao)成(cheng)粗(cu)(cu)紗(sha)開(kai)關(guan)車細(xi)節、大大提高(gao)粗(cu)(cu)紗(sha)質量的優點。

吸(xi)塵管道的(de)軌道,裝在導條架(jia)上或單獨從地板豎立的(de)支架(jia)上,將收(shou)集(ji)的(de)垃圾廢料經過圓(yuan)柱形(xing)過瀘箱,進入(ru)飛(fei)花接(jie)受站的(de)氣流與(yu)中央風扇(shan)相連接(jie)。
